👋 Hi there! I’m Jessica - a UX designer with 9+ years of experience turning complexity into user-centered outcomes. I’ve worked across B2B and B2C spaces, designing everything from SaaS platforms and SEM landing pages to AR/VR experiences and community-based research projects.
My background in both design and strategy helps me bridge the gap between user needs and business goals. Whether I’m leading the UX for a leadership development platform or building wireframes for a community waterway initiative, I bring empathy, systems thinking, and a strong eye for detail to every project.
